Perhaps not being able to do anything on my ankle will turn out to be a blessing in disguise. I have never really focused on just one part of my body before. I have always kinda tried to do a bit of everything all week combined with cardio. It will be interesting to see what kind of difference this kind of focus will make. :) I am already missing not being able to go out for a walk... soon

    Don't get discouraged. There are lots of things you can do even with a sprained ankle.
