Need help!!! Please please in need of some knowledge...

Sunday, April 03, 2011

Spring is in the air and I have been spending as much time outside this last week... walks and bike riding. Today however I finally got to go for a walk just me and my ipod no kids. I was stoked. Got 10 minutes into it and slipped on the ice and twisted my ankle pretty bad. :(

I am finally all moved in and organized and tomorrow was going to be day one of getting my exercise routine back up and on track... boo... now I still want to do that and a friend suggested concentrating on upper body. ok... I said sounds good... I know that mean only every other day but I'm ok with that... so now I need a total upper body work out that doesn't put any weight or strain on my ankle. How do I use this site to put together such a work out or is there one already on here...

Please if anyone knows anything that will help I am open to suggestions.

Two that are easy to find are the days in the 28 day bootcamp videos that concentrate on upper body. There are six strength videos (10 minutes each) and two of them are upper body (and two lower and two core). Just do a search on 28 day bootcamp video.

There are many upper body workouts on the site.

The only thing I can recommend is heading over to your fitness tracker and taking a look through the upper body exercises. There are pictures so you can see which exercises will put to much pressure/weight on your ankle. I don't know if that helped, but I hope you recover soon!
