Day 242: Controlled Lapse

Today I gave into food temptation. Because I follow the WW plan, I know that I'd finished with all of my daily points by 4 p.m. It's been a rough week, so I didn't have any weekly "anytime" points left at all.
My husband returned from a 6 day business trip at 5 p.m. and I told him I wanted to order pizza. He asked if I was sure and I said yes.
So I ordered my favorite large pan pizza from Pizza Hut and I ate 3 pieces. Then I had an ice cream bar. I enjoyed the meal very, very much. I felt relatively controlled, because I didn't go crazy and head for the peanut butter after the pizza incident. That's a step!
I realize that I will probably gain at my weigh-in Tuesday, but it was worth it. And now I'm back on track.
I choose health. Really, I do.
