1st 5 k today with the honoring God spark team

ple.com/nw/6/0/l608539085.jpg wow after 1year-2 months at sparkpeople. i have lost 121 pounds walked my first 5 k .with the power of God &the encouragement of my honoring God friends ,most of all my soon to be wife Paula seen in the grey hoodie above . even though i did not keep up with the group.i never gave up , never even stopped . Jesus is my personal trainer

    It was fun walking with you. sorry I left you behind for a little while but I came back to run along side of you for the last couple of mins. WooHoo you did it under an hour. next year we will try for 40 min,

    I am so proud of you, John! Just think...last year you probably would not have been able to accomplish this!!! Hopefully next year, I may be able to join in!!! I must say, what a good looking bunch of people (My Friends) are!! Yes, WITH GOD, ALL THINGS ARE POSSIBLE!
