I am soooooo down here lately I don't know if its winter blues or menopause or a little of both. I just don't have any get up and go. I am trying to hang in there but soms days its a real challenge just to get up off the couch. I need any suggestions that you guys can give me. Take Care everyone. Judy

    Set one small goal, Judy. Pick something ("walk around the living room 5 times" or exercise for 5 minutes, or something) and set up a schedule (M-W-F or daily or whatever). Then make a checklist on a piece of paper and put it where you'll see it. Then make yourself meet that goal and check it off each time you accomplish it.

    Try it...just make yourself do it. Sometimes you have to force yourself to put one foot in front of the other and keep moving.
