So, Mission 4 recap. Not bad. Got my Feb. summary done.

Planned out what I'd like to accomplish in March.

BIG PIECE OF ADVICE FOR MARCH....BALANCE GIRLIE. Got my 5K training run in

, did a total body toning session.

Took a day off. Not bad for 4 days.
B2W Mission 5 (3/4 - 3/6)
I think Yoovie will understand...but I'm making the challenges a little more ME specific and I'm not following them 100%. The goal is to work it, and work harder than we would normally, right? B2W is doing that for me.
So, this weekends goals...

toning at least twice. Got one day in already on Saturday. Got one planned for today.

Two running days this weekend to wrap up Wk 3 of my 5K training. Got my one in on Friday at the gym. NOT a treadmill fan, but I did it. Got the 2nd day planned for today, weather permitting.

Shooting for 100 minutes of Cardio this weekend. Got 37 minutes walking/jogging Friday, 20 minutes on the elliptical yesterday...so 43 minutes sounds totally doable today with my walking/jogging.

Bonus for me...trying to get a yoga session in this weekend. Not going to freak out if I don't accomplish this, but I'm sure it would be worth it if I could squeeze it in.
Neat part of this challenge, finding something motivational each day.

Friday's motivation...check the title of the blog baby...I jogged for 9 straight minutes Friday. NINE. It was rough too. Again, not a fan of the treadmill. I'm finding I do much better out in the open when I can pick a visual target to jog to. Jogging until the clock says a certain time, even with great music playing, is so much harder to me. But I did it. Think I need to slow down for awhile. I'm a little worried about burning out. We'll see though. I keep surprising myself. Bit time. GO ME!

Saturday's motivation...found a new 12 wk "training schedule" on bodybuilding.com that I think I'm going to try out. It splits weight training into 3 separate areas (back/biceps, shoulders/chest/tris, legs/abs) and has cardio on 4-5 days a week. Did Wk 1 Day 1 yesterday (back/biceps). Not sure I'll stick with it, but new things are motivating.

Sunday's motivation....we'll see where the day takes me.
