Need a swift kick in the rear!!!!

This is day 3 of making bad choices.

As many of you know, I end up doing this to myself way too often. I got myself off track monday evening after a rough work day.

Its over now. Friday already wont be pretty, but I have a goal at the end of my 5 week challenge, and honestly I need to do it.

Work was a little better today, but tomorrow is going to be a rough, long day. I will NOT let myself go thr9ugh the Drive-Thru after. I promise!

Tonight, I will do 100 Pushup Challenge Day 2. I committed to doing this with KTMAE2006, and I WILL see it through. I want awesome tank top arms AND GUNS!!!!

And, like i said yesterday, i have GOT to up my exercise game. I am no where CLOSE to par. I need to get a plan together, figuring out what exercises to do which days, what time, etc.

Because, I WILL be successful. Yes, I WILL. I have some cuuute new clothes I need to still fit into, and have MUCH MORE SHOPPING TO DO!

    Lately, I've been using my bad days as motivation to stay committed to getting fit. My theory is I will look great, even if things ____ right now (couldn't think of a politically correct word). The beauty of it is I do feel great after my workouts, even if just for a little while.

    I prefer programs too. I like how they are designed so you don't have to think about what to do each day. Let me know if you'd like suggestions. emoticon

    You rocked a marathon, so you know you have it in you.

    I feel like we need to get you a job with better hours so you can have more time and less stress. Hmmm, maybe?

    You've got it! As always, I completely believe in you... you're a freaking MARATHON RUNNER! I know the feelings you're going through though, at least I think I do. For me, I feel like I've put in SO much work, and still haven't reached goal; so why bother? It's hard to kick that mentality. You'll fit into that cutesy wardrobe though. What's your workout plan?
