B2W MISSION THREE (and Mission 2 report)

Since Monday, how many days did you manage to squeeze in a workout? TWO

Approximately how much time did you spend working out since Monday morning? 93 minutes

What kind of activity did you spend most of those minutes doing? Cardio (TJ and walking/jogging). I'm totally slacking on toning and flexibility lately.

What moment were you MOST proud of? Did you have a chance to post proof of it? I was most proud of myself during my walking/jogging Wednesday. I blogged about it. I was excited I surprised myself and could jog for 2 min at a time.

Mission Three - Friday - Sunday (2/25-2/27)

Choose ONE area to workout this weekend that is NOT the one you worked out last weekend. Choose from UPPER BODY, LOWER BODY or CORE. If you want to do a total body workout this weekend, that's cool- but try to put emphasis on one of those three. Do TWO workouts this weekend for this - this should only take you 45 minutes to two hours total for the whole weekend.
emoticon emoticon Not what I originally planned, but I got two short upper body toning sessions in.

I usually prefer a total body workout. I think to compromise I'll split it. I think I've got two DVDs I haven't tried (or maybe it's just been forever?) and one is for upper one for lower.

If you are due for a rest day- make it a rest day that counts! Use your rest day to relax, get organized and center your motivation and determination. Spend time reading a fitness magazine, practicing cooking new dishes, washing all your workout wear or if you want to workout anyway- then ENJOY IT!

I've already had 2 off days this week, so I'm going to try to workout all 3 days. Today is looking a little iffy though...stupid last minute reports....

Try to get in AT LEAST 30 minutes of cardio and 10 minutes of stretching this weekend!

I'm due to get two more running/jogging sessions in. That's going to be my #1 priority this weekend. I really want to keep building on this running thing. And again...I've totally been slacking on my stretching lately, so I've got to get that in.
