Some B2W Proof...I can jog 2 minutes!

I just finished Week 2 Day 1 of the Spark 5k Your Way Rookie Running training program. Last week jogging for 1 minute at a time felt like forever, and I wasn't sure I could run for 2 full minutes this week. I surprised myself. Proof! You don't know what you're capable of until you try. I actually went 2.42-miles during lunch and jogged for 10 minutes of it, 2 minutes at a time. Baby steps.
I also did the 10 minute beginner abs section of my Abs Diet 2 DVD this morning.
I did Turbo Jam Cardio Party 1 during lunch Monday.
On Monday I had some nice motivation...I was trying on some clothes desperately searching for an outfit to wear the next day to a meeting...and found I fit into a nice shirt I stashed away because it was too small. I found it hidden in the top of my closet and it has now been moved to a hanger. Fits pretty well. Not appropriate for the meeting however...Hello cleavage! Fitting into "too small" clothing, big motivation.
On Tuesday I had a motivating moment...I had to travel a few hours with the boss to a meeting, so no office lunchtime workout. And I missed it. I wanted my noon workout...and I had one of those "go me" moments. I WANTED to workout. That's a lot of progress for me. A big step in the right direction. A mental improvement. Big motivation.
My motivating moment for today...I can jog 2 minutes! NSV! I didn't think I could do it and I surprised myself. Go me.
