Start of my 5 Week Challenge

Today will be the 'official' start of my personal 5 week challenge.
The biggest goal of the challenge is to be UNDER 140 by the end of this! I CAN do it, if I FOCUS (yes,yesterdays topic lol).
I really do NOT want to add on another WI day for myself (I WI wednesday mornings at home, and friday mornings at WW), so I will use my WW weigh ins for this challenge. Then the final day, I will weigh in on my scale. Maybe. I'm still trying to figure it out. I could switch my wed weigh ins to sundays, I DONT KNOW! Any suggestions? I also think I'm going to go buy a new scale today at Target.
My other goals for the next 5 weeks:
Exercise at LEAST 3x/week
Track all food
Stay in WW points (29 per day)
Do not use extra points (we get 49 weekly 'allowance points' plus points we earn for activity)
NO EATING AFTER 8PM
Take vitamins daily
Avoid stepping on the scale EXCEPT on 'TRUTH DAY'
As I said, I just have to stay focused. It SHOULDNT be THIS hard to stay on track for 5 weeks, but lately, I've lasted about a week before I'm falling again. So, its going to be rough for me, and I know that. I've decided to make those horrible bikini photos my computer background (AHHHH) and I also have a picture in my car to look at when I want to stop for junk. My size 4 jeans are out in plain sight so I can SEE my 'goal' and I also want to find a dress to wear.
Heres to being slim and OUTTA the 140's in 5 weeks!!!!!!!
