Motion... yeah it feels good

I took a week of then ended up sick for another one... today was the first day in over two weeks that I have exercised. Wow! Did it ever feel good to move. I know I need to keep active to help control my mood swings (I was diagnosed with dipresion but can't take anti-depresents) but I didn't realize just how much of a difference daily exercise made. I had been feeling beet down and today I am back on top of the world. Exercise may not have helped the scale drop as quickly as I would like but obviously there are much better benifits to it. :)
