I am feeling very optimistic lately. I am finally seeing the scales go in the right direction. I found that a food journal is the way to prepare for the day. I plan my meals either in the morning or the night before. I measure everything and it takes me about an hour to do my meals. I dont care. ITS WORKING. Now I am working on the fitness part. I am hoping that it will help with the weight loss. I know it will be easier when the weather gets better because I love to walk. For now I am trying to use my bowflex on a regular basis to build more muscle for my outdoor adventures.
