Friday night my son ROCKED at his soccer game so that was fun. And the report cards that came home had mostly A's on them so that was good too. But I took the day off from exercise and ate cheese curds... my bad, I know.
Saturday was busy, busy, busy! Homework and book report project were completed. My son's basketball game did not go in our team's favor. I'm sure it didn't help that my son went to sleepover the night before and was definately not on his "A" game. But the basketball game did bring us to a Rocky Rocco's and I LOVE their pizza! I did have a slice but I also usually eat the breadsticks and this time I didn't. Then there were some Birthday celebrations. My in-laws came into town and took us out for dinner and then we hung out at their hotel. It was fun but was definately challenging for me. I just ordered a side as my meal and continue to be faithful to my water only. I guess I was feeling really guilty about the pizza that I ate earlier in the day. Then at the hotel the kids were swimming and the adults were having cocktails... I was strong and just drank my water that I brought. I probably should have swam with the kids for exercise but I am NOT ready for a swimsuit in public! Again, another day went by without exercise.
Sunday brought a full day at a cheerleading competition with my daughter. I started with a bagel on my way there and didn't eat anything while I was there. That was awesome for me. Afterwards we went out to the eat for dinner with a chunk of the team. I was able to control myself to only order soup. Yah me! But after a day of getting bleacher butt... I came home and crashed on my bed. Day 3 of no exercise. By the way, my daughter did GREAT at the competition. She was so happy she got to be a flier and that all her tumbling and stunts "hit".
On a positive note, I think I did really well on my food intake for my first weekend trying to be strict with my diet. I also will be logging some exercise tonight... I promise!!!
