WW weigh in #2

This morning I jumped on my bathroom scale. This was pre getting dressed and pre breakfast. I was still 142.5! Yay.

Then, I had my new favorite usual breakfast..special k fruit and yogurt cereal, and coffee. Got dressed, and headed to my meeting. I weighed in and the lady once again smiled and said "you had another great loss!!! CONGRATS!" and I was down from 145.3 to 144.2! Yes, it is up from my early morning weigh in but whatever! Its a LOSS from the previous week, with a belly of food and coffee and my clothes on!! I'm VERY happy. My leader also congratulated me on my loss and gave me a sticker :)

After the meeting I did my usual grocery shopping. I bought some soup, LIGHT hot dog buns (we have hot dogs my FAVORITE) Special K's version of pop chips (just to try), WW lemon cakes, sparkling water, light and fit yogurt, CHERRIES (YAY!!!!) apples, bananas, special k snack bars (so yum), almonds (1/2 salt) and some lunch meat. I think thats all LOL.
Now, I just finished my yummy lunch and am drinking my Perrier flavored sparkling water. I am VERY proud of myself and the progress ive made since starting weight watchers.

Today at the meeting they were talking about it being "real life". In the plan, you have your daily points but also 49 extra allowance points so you dont deprive yourself. And she was talking about using them. She said that you CAN have cookies, or cake or pizza, as long as you TRACK it and dont have it every day. She encouraged everyone to try to let yourself enjoy a treat this week. So, I'm going to allow myself to dip into my 49 points. Maybe that will just mean some extra snacks or maybe some of those costco chocolate chip cookies that my mom bought this week, who knows! But, they said if you do this you will still lose weight. Its about being in control.

I am still not 100% health wise. I am FEELING better, but have that lingering cough. Tomorrow is tennis and then sunday is a 12 mile run (so funny that i'm thinking thank goodness only 12!). Other than that, no big plans for the weekend. And the sunburn is still here but now I've started peeling..ohhh fun stuff.

    Great job on your weight loss - keep moisturizing your skin while you peel so it's not too painful!

    Hehe - it is kind of awesome that you are thinking only a twelve mile run. You are doing such an amazing job with your running and I can't wait to hear about you marathon success :)

    Agree, great on the WI and WW, I love weight watchers, I really need to pull out all my stuff and get back on track.
