Last night I found a recipe for brownies that I wanted to try. I had enough calories left over for one and that is what I said I would have, but well that is not what happened.
. I am trying to develop a collection of recipes for my home catering business ( I know kind of weird for someone trying to lose weight!) and so I had to try this one. But I did learn from this slip up- I have not found a low calorie brownie version I like so I will develop my own.
For the most part I have been doing well with my calorie intake but I need to really get the exercise going. It has been hard with the weather being so bad but no excuses. This morning I walked up and down the stairs for 10 min and even broke a sweat
. So it is a start!
This morning started off good with breakfast and I ma having lunch with a friend today so I know I need to make some smart choices as not to ruin my calories for today.
I am off for my morning walk and then to meet my friend for lunch.
So 3 brownies later and I am still motivated to do well. I will let you all know how the low cal brownies turn out when I make them.
