Back in the saddle!

Wow, long time no write! Today I'm writing as more of a self motivator and as a way to keep me accountable to my goals, which I've kind of set by the wayside as of late. I need to get myself back in the saddle and on course with my goals!
Goal #1: Healthy eating
Since just before the holidays, I have been sliding back majorly in what I am eating. I'm re committing to good healthy food choices, like this salad I'm munching on right this minute!
Goal #2: Strength training and exercise
While I've been pretty consistent in this, I feel the need to mention it because I want to stay consistent. I'm currenly re-doing Chalene Extreme for the 2nd time and I'm alternating my cardio between Insanity and Biggest Loser workouts and Turbo Jam. Oh, and I'm boxing on the XBox kinect too!
Goal #3: ATTITUDE
This is my biggest area in need of improvement! I'm committed to bringing myself to my goal and I'm not going to let the scale rule my progress. I need daily reminders that I'm getting stronger, healthier, and it isn't about a number. The number WILL eventually come if I stick to my other goals.
I'll check back soon to let you know how it's going. My goals won't be slipping away from me this time :)
