Meeting my weekly goal

I decided that in addition to my overall goal, I would set weekly goals that will help me achieve my desired weight and fitness level. I think setting short term goals will help me be more successful and provide encouragement to stay the course. If I complete my short term weekly goal, I will give myself a small reward. Focusing on short term goals and not the overall goal will definitely help me stay on track. In the past I would lose 5-10 pounds and drift back to my old ways. This time I am going to try to focus on the short term goals for each week and reward myself for successful completion. Each week I can create a new challenge and go for it!
This week's goal: Complete 360 hours of cardio exercise this week.
If I complete this goal I am going to reward myself with new music for my IPOD.
