Booo!!!

Week one of making change done... how did I do, well I managed to journal all my food two days in a row :) So far that's an all time best. Though I didn't journal everyday because of the two I did I was way more thoughtful about the food I ate... with the exception of yesterday the birthday party for both of my children. I ate a bunch of junk and not a lot of real food. I had fun & my kids said it was the best birthday ever so I am content with that. Not going to beat myself up over it.

I exercised 6 days in a row!! YEAH ME!! consider that a pretty big accomplishment. I hope to accomplish the same this week. Today is supposed to be a slim in 6 video, but I'm feeling the drag of the weekend so I'm going to hop on my elliptical crank the toons and try to motivate myself for this beautiful new week.

Today is weigh in day. I was so good last week: exercised, watched what I ate, drank all my water... was hoping for a good weigh in... BOO!!! I'm up a pound from last week. Very discouraging BUT I know that muscle weighs more then fat & I'm sure I've been building new muscles and from doing weight watchers in the past I know it can take a week or two for the new work I am doing to show up on the scale. I just have to find the determination to stick with it. I can do this!! I am going to have to make time to take all my measurments this week so that I also have that to gadge my progress with.

Well Monday... Here I am, glad to see you again, thank you for the fresh start!
