I'm feeling very tempted to be bad tonight. I've had a good week getting back on track. My body is sore from exercising, my energy is back, half of what I eat in a day are veggies or fruit and I feel pleasantly tired. Sparkpeople is saying that my calorie range is too low for the level of activity I'm doing so I'm thinking maybe I could have one small thing and even if I did, I would still be in my calorie range for today. :)
