HAPPINESS TODAY

Happiness for me today is being able to put on a 2 piece fleece outfit that was way in the back of my closet for the last couple of years because it was too small for me!! (or I was too big for it! ) Glad I didn't give it away as it is unusually cold here today (19 degrees when I got up). SP food tracking and 28 Day Bootcamp Challenge is working. Yesterday I started the Butt Busting Exercises and believe me the title is correct.
