I like your attitude! Log in every day. That's right! This isn't a sprint that you're going to complete in a week. This is more like a long run or a marathon. It will be months before you get to your goal. Just remember that on the days when you feel like nothing is happening.

We are all here for the same reason. We want to change our lives and not have to go back to feeling bad about our weight and ourselves. We don't want to put in all the effort of losing weight over and over and over. So commit to changing your lifestyle and forming new habits that you will take with you FOREVER.

Slow and steady really does win the race. Maybe not the race to losing 29 lbs, but slow and steady will win the race to losing 29 lbs AND keeping it off! I've lost almost 35lbs since August with Spark, and I know that because of the WAY i've done it, the weight is going to stay off forever. I haven't used any tricks or shortcuts, and because of that, I know i'll not go back to 200+ lbs.

Please let me know if you have any questions or if there is anything I can do for you. Just about everyone is here willing to help and offer support.

Congratulations again on finding SparkPeople, and...
