One Day at a Time....

Yes, this was a great TV sitcom many years ago, but I am thinking in terms of what I want my weightloss journey to be. I have to stay focused on things that i can do one day at a time, and the "big picture" will take care of itself. I am on Day 4 today.....and just by keeping a food diary and tracking everything I put into my mouth, I have lost 3 1/2 pounds. I know....that pace won't continue, but I am happy about it now. That is what is going to keep me going. That, and there are SO MANY wonderful motivational things on this site!!!!! I am loving it! emoticon

    I am so happy that you are seeing results already. I know that tracking everything I eat has made a big difference also. It is amazing to see how much less I am eating now and yet most of the time I am not hungry. Keep up the great work!
