Ok for the past 3 days I have logged my food and been within range. yay me! lol I havent done any exercising but at least its a start. Also working on the water drinking thing, since I have always been horrible at that.

Been thinking there is a dollar store right across the parking lot from where I work, and I think that if I lose a pound this week I am going to go get myself a little something. Like earrings or incense or something, with no guilt attached!! I would like to try for one pound a week, but hey I will take what I can get. I am sure once I get my head together and off my butt I will be able to lose a little more. Took me 6 months to put it back on, its not gonna just jump off in one or two (unfortunately). Anyway, thats the plan. I am fighting my way back.
