It's now December 31, 2010. I'm completely starting over on the spark diet. In 2010, I went back up to 180 pounds. Towards the end of the year I did manage to drop about 7 or 8 pounds.
I've been reading The Four-Day Win by Martha Beck. It's been a long read, but I'm getting somewhere. The book wanted me to pick a diet plan, and I thought I could do it on my own, but alas, not so much. So I'm coming back here. I lost 20 pounds the first time. I hope to lose more this time. More than that, I want to get in shape, I want to keep an active lifestyle.
I've become a runner, to some extent. I have a bike now and can go for bike rides. I live a block from the pool and can swim (once my new tat is healed). The husband and I want to start doing some sprint triathlons.
So this is how I'm making sure I keep on top of things. I will make it a 4-day win, to track my food every day. And work that in with my first fitness 4-day win.
