My Goals for 2011

I am new to the whole blog thing, so bear with me please. Listed are the goals I want to achieve in 2011.
1. Stick with a healthy eating plan. Mediterranean life style eating was my doctor's recommendation, so this is my new life style plan. This will require me to prepare my own meals, to stay on track. But I will not deprive myself of an occasional meal out. Everything within reasonable limits.
2. To become more physically fit. To do this I must commit to exercising in some form every day for a minimum of 30 minutes. No excuses. I have a large collection of various exercise DVDs, and will walk 2 miles a day outside weather permitting. Just making sure I do something for 30 minutes to get my heart rate up, and burn calories.
3. I will do strength training at least 3 times a week. Everyone....this is where I need to be pushed. I just can't seem to find the time for the strength training. Any ideas would be appreciated. Also, making me accountable would be great.
