So, no more than got back and what happens? I tear my hamstring.
Today was my first day back on my WiiFit - I can't manage jogging plus for more than halfway through the beginner set before I have to stop jogging and just walk....D E P R E S S I N G
I did do the boxing and steps and rhythmn parade so I managed to get 33 minutes in and burn a respectable (with my current limitations) 174 calories.
