Anniversary challenge Day 47

Weight loss so far this challenge - day 47 - 6.8 lbs.

Water - 2.5 liters so far today
Vitamins - done
Log foods - done
Workout - rest
Calories consumed - 1,191 pre- logged Dinner.

Meal 1 - Oat fit packet with flax. 1/2 cup fresh blueberries. Nespresso with ff creamer and ff milk. 1/2 cup of egg beaters.

Snack 1 - Cheese and naturally more peanut butter. Water and ACV.

Meal 2 - turkey meat with lavash bread. Canola mayo and pickles. Water and ACV

Meal 3- Water and ACV. Metabolic reset shake with water. 1 fillet of Tilapia with broccoli and tomato with basalmic vinegar.

Meal 4 - light and fit yogurt with fresh blueberries and Ezekiel granola. Nespresso decaf capsule with splenda.

    HI!!!! I've missed you! What is ACV and what is it for?
    And here's the nosey friend: are you still nursing that precious girl? Because(IMO)1200 cals is not enough for YOU and her. Please don't take that wrong, but you have to be careful.
    How did your half go???? I'm going to look for a blog. I got unsubscribed from yours somehow. Hate when that happens.

    Looks good! I'm impressed!

    Do you find the ACV to be effective? I tried it once because I read it was good for hair growth---didn't see a difference, though. (Prenatal vitamins worked much better.)
