Post race knee PT exercises - Done

Meal 1 - oatmeal with flax, cranberries and walnuts.

Snack - tall decaf skinny latte

Meal 2- spinach,turkey,Red peppers blue cheese salad with water

Meal 3 - Metabolic reset shake with frozen strawberries. Rest of water for the day with Braggs Apple cider vinegar.
