Jade Dragons BL Team - Starting Stuff

Well, I'm committed to trying this and might as well post my measurements here as well as on our thread. Pleasantly surprised with my thigh measurements. I guess my walking/running has paid off there even if not such much in my hips and waist. We are getting there.
Weight: 206
Waist: 39.5
Hips: 50
Thigh: L 24.5 R 25
Calf: L 16 R 15.75
Biceps: L 15 R 15.25
Neck: 14.25
After not tracking or logging workouts for about a month and gaining quite bit, I am pleasantly surprised that I am back to 206. I'm trying not to think about where I would be if I had stuck to everything a bit more. I find without the stress release of exercise that I can not stick with my eating plan. My heel/foot pain is completely gone in my right foot since the arrival of my new shoes, but I'm still having a bit of trouble with my left. Hopefully, I will work that out soon.
