i brought home some grape juice and my food buddie yelled at me about the increased calories, and yet, that's what my body wanted.
I drank some for several days and I don't want any more. If I drink light things, my body just keeps wanting more.
Now, for four weeks, I've been eating breakfast, got my lunches and supper down rather well.
I made some cabbage soup with olive oil and garlic, and you know what? I won't do that again. I'll go back to the boullion and water, somehow garlic and cabbage just doesn't do it.
