After spending the best 10 days with my husband and daughter, I must get back to blogging and my normal daily routine. I did not want this time to end it was so wonderful. I cannot wait for the long christmas holiday my dear husband will be taking! I miss him already.

My half is a week away so i am tapering to prepare for it. My knee has been giving me problems so i need to be sure to take things slow this week. My goal for the half is to walk/run the half as best I can. Nothing more!

Oh....I lost weight over the holiday!! Yea me!! My husband was as usual a big help.

Sunday - rest
Monday - 5 mile walk/run
Tuesday - 4 mile walk
Wednesday - 4 mile walk
Thursday - 3 mile walk/run
Friday - rest
Saturday - rest
Sunday - 13.1 miles for my husband and daughter!
