Anniversary Challenge Day 16 results

Miles - 6 - Ran well, but knee did hurt. Walking breaks helped.
Calories burned - 606
Calories consumed - ?? Ate out today healthy but do not know exact calories but I felt really good about what I ate. Including dessert!
Meal 1 - 1 Joesph's pita with Bettern' peanut butter and FF milk
Meal 2 - Chicken Kabob over rice with lentil soup. Minced Lamb with mint on flat bread split with husband.
Meal 3 - 1/2 pita with PB as snack with water
Meal 4 - Quinoa sweet potato dish from Whole foods along with 1 cup of cioppino. Ginger beets and pasta salad. All from Whole foods pre- prepared section.
Meal 5 - Split 1 piece of Whole foods Raw Vegan German Chocolate cake --- YUMMO!! Decaf espresso with Soy milk
