Pre-Thanksgiving Challenge

Challenge starts Monday 11/15 and will end Friday 11/19 at midnight.
Spell TURKEY, by earning a letter each day

T- November 15 - Do at least 30 minutes of cardio exercise.

U-November 16 - Drink at least 8 cups of water.

R-November 17 - Read a Spark article about motivation and post a blog.

K-November 18 - Track your food while not going over (or under!) your appropriate level of calories.

E-November 19 - Post a comment or send a goodie to every member on your team.

Y-BONUS letter if all days are successfully completed.
