Round 3, Phase 2, Day.... umm I quit counting. haha

Well call me ridiculous! I have been true blue to this rather simple diet except for a few planned cheat days (staying with family out of town, etc). I was a COMPLETE idiot for two weeks this round. Obviously I didn't lose during that time, in fact I gained a pound. I guess I would have gained a LOT more had I not been on hCG, but it's still a bummer that my willpower slipped so badly.

Last Wednesday began my new, NEW day of starting over. Since then I am down 4 pounds (in 4 days). Thank goodness! Biggest bummer about doing this so poorly is that my plan was to be done with Phase 3 by the time Thanksgiving rolled around. Because I goofed off so much I have a lot of catching up to do. I need to decide if I am going to do P2 just for the next week, then move onto P3, or if I want to continue P2 until after Turkeyday, and just count that day as a cheat day. I don't think I will do the latter, since cheat days make me feel bad, and this diet really makes me feel good! I love getting on the scale each morning and see it be lower than the previous day. I love being off of it, eating "normal" food and not gaining the weight back - it makes me more excited for the next round to start!

My friend Marlene, is going to do another round at the beginning of the year to get the last few pounds off, and my friend Cat is doing a round with me (although she does the injections) right now and has lost about 160 pounds, and I am down about 60 pounds so far this year!

I really do not care who people buy their supplies through - whether they get the injections from their doctor, or buy the sublingual drops from me, or some other person - I just hope everyone looks into this! I am so grateful for it! THANK YOU hCG!! xoxoxo

Anyway, My youtube video blogs (vlogs) were started on my family (oregonphotomom) page, and it's kind of weird when the subscribers for my hCG vlog journey see that I've uploaded video of my kids, so, I started a new youtube account.
