November goals...

I am so close now! October was a weird month for me. I'd have really good days and then some really strange days where I seemed to really lose my mojo. Not really sure what's going on inside this crazy head of mine but I'm not happy with how things are going. I lost 2.2 pounds in October, which was fine...but I had lost nearly 6 pounds and managed to gain nearly all of it back by the end of the month! I'm going to set some specific goals for November and really aim to achieve them!

**8 glasses of water/minumum 5 fruit and veg DAILY (I had a couple of days where I didn't drink enough recently-and I ALWAYS make sure I'm on track with water. What am I doing?!)
**3 x strength training per week and 3 x cardio on top of the usual walking I do.
**Food journaling daily (tracking 3 x per week on Sparkpeople)

I would love to lose 6-8 pounds this month and reach my ideal weight of 140 by Christmas. I CAN do this. 85 pounds lighter already-this last 12 should really be a cinch, right? Time to reclaim my mojo!
