Death to the Halloween candy;how did you do?

Saturday, October 30, 2010

Ok so I ate a couple more pieces than I intended to but over all not bad. I ate 4 pieces of candy, which I'm not gonna beat myself for it. Thats A WHOLE LOT better than previous years when I would just sit and eat and eat and eat till I became sick to my stomach. I had 4 pieces and I throughly enjoyed them. I actually tasted them without sitting there waiting to dig into another piece. I will say that with those snack size candies they all contained over 200 calories a piece, which I had about 900 calories just in candy. On top of the 1000 calories I had already had for the day. Which put me at about 2000 calories, making me go over my limit of calories for a day. I may not have a weight loss this week, But I'm gonna work my butt off to make sure I get atleast a little something gone. But I knew what to expect and Halloween aint over yet, I still have a party tonight, and maybe one tomorrow. I will take my spark friends advice and eat something healthy before I go that way I won't be tempted to go to the food tables and stuff my face.

I am proud to say that I have enough weight to where I have lost a fat roll on my back. 2 more to go! I know thats nasty but that makes me proud. I will not get to my mini goal by christmas I don't think unless I go biggest loser style and workout none stop for 3 hours like they do. That would kill me.

So how are we all doing as far as halloween goes?

    Hey Danielle,

I too had a few pieces of candy and choked almost everytime on the sugar stream running down my throat! That ought to teach me! I finally left it alone.

Fantastic news on reaching one of your personal goals. There is only moving forward!

P.S. Thanks so much for the candles! I loved them.

I did so so. Had a mini candy binge on Saturday. But back on now. Congrats on losing that roll! emoticon
