A New Me in 2010...back @ the gym after 2 days

I didn't go to the gym for the past 2 days. Had alot going on here n there. But I am back as of today.

My treat today - Snickers mini candies - 2 pieces
1 mini bag of fruit snack

CARDIO:

06- min Stairmaster
30- min bike
45- min Zumba

TOTAL: 81 min= 1 hr 21 min

NUTRITION:

I Drunk 64 oz water

Calories(1200-1300) 1250

Sodium(1000-2100) 2096

After 8p- small bag of doritos ranch

OTHER:

[x] I did blog today
[x] I did log in
[x] I did take 15 min for me
[x] I did exercise and track food
[x] I did try Zumba today *so fun*
[x] I did not eat fast food

    Looks like you are focused. I found you on one of the Richmond Teams and noticed that you and I started about the same time, kept up the fitness all year, but not high numbers on the weight loss side of things. So I wanted to see how you are changing things up. Anyway, it gave me some ideas on how I need to focus on specific goals.
