Day one of 78

Today started day one of my own Christmas Challenge, I did very well I believe. I workout biggest loser style of course as best as vould with what I have. I didn't work out for 3 hours like they do but I did workout for 2 hours. Did Tae-bo Advanced, weights, and a jogged a mile, then ran a mile. I'm well on my way to my goal and I do believe that I will get there by Christmas, maybe before. It will not be hard to do I just have to keep my motivation and my eyes on the prize and I'll be able to do it and much more. I ate very healthy today for which I was proud. Now I have to tackle supper and might go for a brisk walk afterward.
