My treat today - McDonalds Caramel Frapp(oh so good)

CARDIO:

15- min bike
50- min Zumba

TOTAL: 65 min= 1 hr 5 min

NUTRITION:

I Drunk 40 oz water

Calories(1200-1300) 1289

Sodium(1000-2100) 2025

After 8p- BLT (w/cucumbers) & Doritos

OTHER:
