Monday and the start of another busy week with lots of extra meetings before and after the regular work day. Teaching demands so much time. I did squeeze in a short walk tonight, yea! And, I'm managing to track nutrition, but not always as accurately as I would like. Some of the kids are coming down with colds, and my brother said he had the chills when I dropped by for a quick visit. I'll be making sure to take vitamins, eat right and get plenty of sleep. Usually I can avoid most colds and flues by taking preventative measures. Hopefully I can get in a longer walk tomorrow after meetings are over.
