Well here it go here are my October goals.
My starting weight is 157.2 I just would like it be under 155
My starting BMI is 29.68 would like it be 28.00 by the end of October
I would like to find a diet I can live with I been bouncing around too much IF I am counting carb let me count carb if I am counting let be calorie I know up to me ?I am just so impatient but his month I will solve the diet issue
Fitness goal
Cardio: I am getting a lot of cardio in with my wii gold gym dancing workout will kweep this up
Strength: working on getting strength in my workout probably do more strength exercise in wii fit plus and my fitness coach
Flexibility: I get a good flexibility workout with my wii my fitness coach workout
Rest: need to watch my sleep with mom gone for half the month should be able to go to bed when I want

This week, I am going to: try harder
My starting wii fit min. are 31.41 I want to be at 38.16I would like to end up with a average wii fit age of 57 I know I am 50 but this is only a start
I would like to do more balance game and move my hips more I have a trouble with moving my hips and I think the balance game will help and my gold dancing workout will also help with this
I want to beat my personal best in at least five wii fit game a week for the month of October.
Something I am good at that has nothing to do with exercise is:

Learning to cook
Iwill try to cook healthier ESPECAILLY WITH MOM GONE
Something out of the ordinary that is happening this month is: mom will be gone half the month so I will tried to do more exercise this monthi
I am determined to give my best this month because:
God don’t make junk so I am going to prove my not junk and I deserve to be my best
My power sonsg will be: here I am Lord and rock around the clock
5 things I did well in September
1. Been keeping up with my wii plus and gold gym dance workout 2 change my daily vitamin that seem to be working out well
q. seem to be handling the job situation better
3 loss some weight
4. Seem to be getting on better with mom
5. Starting blinding with pop but put end to get it rather quick
Things I need to work on in October without beating myself up
1. need to not eat so much at night
2. need to come up with a diet plan
3. need to work on getting around better with my brother
4. need to exercise a little more especially at daybreak when I do better

5need to watch my money actually watch my money so I don’t get my wallet solden agan and watch what I am spending
