A New Me..October goals already.....

As of 10.1 I am -11lbs.

October goals:

*To lose 1-2lb a week & 5-8lbs in a month
* Strength train 2x week
*Cardio 3-5x week 30-plus minutes
*Track everything that goes in my mouth -i do mean EVERYTHING
* Eat at home more. Bring lunch to work and not buy it.

* BOOT CAMP TO NEW YEARS
*10lb a month challenge
*Go to weight watcher meetings on Saturdays
* Fitness classes at gym

* Calories between 1200-1300
* Sodium between 1000-2000
* Limit fast food -1x week or none at all
* Limit sweets
* Increase fruits and veggies
* Drink betweeen 6-8oz water a day


My treat today - McDonalds Caramel Frapp(oh so good)

CARDIO:

15- min bike
40- min Zumba
7- min stair master

TOTAL: 62 min= 1 hr 02 min

NUTRITION:

I Drunk 64 oz water

Calories(1200-1300) 1250

Sodium(1000-2100) 2099

After 8p- BLT (w/cucumbers)

OTHER:

[x] I did take 15 min for me
[x] I did exercise and track food
[x] I did try Zumba today *so fun*
[] I did not eat fast food
[] I did try yoga
