Cutting down

Thursday, September 30, 2010

Today I decided to try a new method, I'm gonna eat half of what I eat. Although I don't eat breakfast, because I don't like eating in the morning I'm gonna start eating breakfast. I find that if I don't eat breakfast I end up eating WAY more than I should and when I do my food log I'm eating TOO many calories. My calorie range needs to be between 1200 and 1600 calories and I end up eating WAY more than that. That could be the reason why I have not lost much of anything. That is to be expected. I'm gonna cut down on my coffee in take big time. Its time that I control my addictions to things like that and Smoking is another BIG factor in this journey. Although smoking helps keeps food out of my mouth, its not healthy and I know that I could Cancer from it. So here's what I'm gonna do I'm gonna get strict, very very strict. I need to eat more protein. Eggs have protein. I need to look up more healthy things that have protien in it. Good Proteins that is. Yes Bologna has alot of protien but its not the GOOD protien that I know that I need. Coffee will be reduced to 3 cups a day. Of course it'll take time to get myself down to three cups but it is VERY doable. And I know I can do it. I have the motivation, and I the will I just have to apply it. I just ate what I call Brunch. Although I don't think it was alright I had half of a sandwich. I don't have any wheat bread, I had one slice of whitebread with 3 slices of chicken breast meat, and one teaspoon of mayo. probably not the best choices but when I did my calorie count and all of that it come out to 225 calories. So overall not bad. I think I'm gonna go get a salad and an apple and enjoy.
