Doing well this time

I have been on a low carb diet and it works for me. I don't have hunger pangs and I don't overeat as often (once per week) This diet keeps me out of the high carb fattening foods I can't stop eating like tortilla chips and buttered microwave popcorn. I believe I am a food addict because once I start eating unhealthy foods I can't stop at one serving. Although I do eat high fat, low carb foods, they tend to fill me up in one serving. I hope to add "good carbs" slowly so I don't fall off the wagon again.
