New job!...Less cardio.

So I started a new job this week, and I haven't done a single minute of cardio this week. I have still done my strength training, while I wait for my lunch to cook in the microwave at work, but I haven't been able to wake up in time to do cardio before work, and I'm so tired afterward that I can't motivate myself to. I have been doing so well recently though! In the past 7 weeks I have lost 25 pounds. The very last week of the Back to School Challenge is this upcoming week! I'll have to find another challenge after that. I only have 30 more lbs to lose to meet my goal! And I am fitting into pants that I've NEVER been able to wear! See, I shop at the thrift store a lot, and they don't have a dressing room, so I just have to sort of guess at my size, and things end up being too small. But now I can wear them! The other day I tried on a pair of jeans. I thought it was a different pair that used to fit me snugly, so when I tried them on and they still fit snugly, I was disappointed. But then I realized that it was a different pair of jeans that I hadn't been able to wear at all before! :) Such a great feeling!

    Congrats on your success. Keep it up! I also started a new job recently and I'm missing the time I used to do cardio. I've been adding more minutes when I have the time and increasing the intensity. It took me a few weeks but I've got myself back on track. Hang in there!
