My ramblings to my self

Since I have been a little 'WO' is me lately and need (again) to refocus.... I thought I would put into words some of the things that I need to start doing .
* I will continue to move... a little bit of exercise is better than none. If for some reason I can't do a full (high impact) exercise DVD ... there is no reason why I cant do some tai chi or go for a walk...
*I will start listening to my positive affirmation soundtracks again. I think this journey has a lot to do with how I think and feel about myself - not just about the way I want to look in the mirror.
*I will stop with the negative self talk that has started to creep back into my day to day life. I will remind myself that I am a worthwhile person and I am worth loving by both others and myself.
*I will look in a mirror once a day and smile.
*I will no longer say that I am "bad" if I make an unhealthy food choice.
*I will no longer have "bad" days or "good" days.... they are just days and regardless of what happens I need to just "get over it and move on" I can not change what is already done so I will just move on from it!
*I will continue to use my Gabrielle visualisation cd each night
*** And I will continue to log onto Spark people... as it is on this site that I have some wonderful friends who inspire me to keep on reaching for my goals.
Well, that will do for the "I will..." statements for now... I know there is more that should be on the list but I am going to master these ones first.
