Busy this week...
That summer vacation I had totally spoilt me -
I was dragging (_|_) the first day...nearly fell asleep in the afternoon session
I have been managing to get to the hotel gym every morning to do a couple of kilometers on the tread mill...but given we have to be on the client site by 8 am and the gym doesn't open until 6:30 it doesn't leave much time for that and getting ready for the day.
Not sure how the weight is, no scale here (might be a good thing).
I am doing my best to eat healthy which is really hard in some hotels...
Anyway, I hope every is well with all of you
Hope to be back on daily starting Saturday morning!

    It sounds like you're doing the best you can with what you have though, so that is definitely good! Just keep on trying, and you'll be back to a more normal routine before you know it :)
