So tomorrow morning at 5 am, I am leaving my house and heading to Seattle!!!! I am SUPER excited... but a bit worried because this is my first time not at home or at my parents house since starting Spark People.
My worries is that I will only be eating at restaurants, and that my boyfriend has already told me that he is not going to be sticking to his diet... which means he plans on ordering deserts.. my weakness!!!!!
So here is my plan:
1. I will still log into Sparkpeople every day!
2. I will substitute side dishes like fries for salads and veggies
3. At least Seattle offers A LOT of walking, but I will do my strength training in the hotel room!
4. I am counting on my Spark Friends to remind me that I kick ass!!!!
5. I WILL allow myself to have bits of sweets, but try not to overdo it!
6. I will ENJOY my vacation and plan on kicking some serious cardio butt when I return.
