Today was a pretty easy workday..started at 5:30 and was home by the afternoon. I love it when that happens!!
My head is still playing the overemotional game, and today TOM came to visit..AGAIN. For the second time this month. UGGGGGH! Last time it lasted almost two weeks (started in aug) then i had a few days of it being over then BAM! so frustrating. It makes my cravings go into the super high mode and makes me so emotional, that i cry at the commercials! Its ridiculous. I guess thats one good thing about being single LOL.
As i'm writing my blog, I have thintervention on in the background and I have to say this, shes no jillian! I think sometimes shes too soft on the contestants! WHERES THE BLOOD, SWEAT, AND TEARS?!?! But MAN ALIVE, her body is beyond amazing!
Tomorrow is my long day, and once again for some reason that i never understand, the office scheduled us to have a lot of patients. I'm guessing ill be home tomorrow night between 8:30-9:00. I didnt workout today, so i have to workout tomorrow morning. Even though I'm emotional and all that and my head is spinning, i wont give up. I'm debating on the gym for a class (they have either a lift or spinning class at 5:45) or I may just do my run thang. I WILL do this. I promise.
I cant wait for the BLC to start, and love that i am going to be on a competitive team. That brings out my 'no excuses' jillian side! You all know it does, and if you DONT, you will see it soon. I will get back to my normal, optomistic, jillian view of life, aniston bod loving self. I know i will, and i know i can!!! I ran hills sunday for gosh sakes. I CAN DO THIS.
Alright, i'm gonna grab thirdxacharms fav snack (frozen grapes) and relax with my pumpkin spice candle burnin in the background.
