First Day

Wednesday, September 08, 2010

Tomorrow is the first day of school for kids. This afternoon we had "Meet the Teacher." All but three of my students families came to drop off supplies. It looks like a great class of second graders! I've still deciding what to wear for the first day. I don't know what it is about the first day. I feel just as excited about it as the kids!

I have way less time for exercise this week, but if I get through this and my birthday weekend, I think I can get my healthy routines started next week. I'll track food and exercise. I'll have to do a lot of walking kids around the school and playground over the next few days so at least I'll get that bit of exercise. I've got my healthy, low cal. snacks ready. I'm ready to roll!!

You have a great attitude. I'm sure you'll find time to squeeze in some exercise. You should wear your pedometer to track all of those steps during the day. Good luck!

Have a great school year! Sounds like you'll have a good parent group, especially since most of them made the effort to stop by. Don't let yourself get too far out of routine of exercising regularly, so hard to get back in!

Try to squeeze in exercise where you can - sounds like you have the food part down! The nice part about back to school is the kids and you will be in a routine within a week or two.
